Education strategy.
Media precision.
Global reach.
Two decades of public and private international educational and media leadership, delivered through a global network of specialist associates, built for organizations that need a plan and the operational discipline to execute it.
Start a Conversation →Operational rigor, built for education systems worldwide.
We reject deficit-based thinking about what an institution, or the students inside it can achieve. Every engagement pairs strategic vision with the systems to execute it on the ground.
KEEN Global was founded in 2021 on a simple premise: education systems, schools, and networks alike, deserve the same rigor, creative precision, and disciplined execution applied in any other high-performing industry. A strategic plan is only as good as the operations built to carry it, so we design for both at once: the compelling direction and the daily systems that make it real.
That standard is drawn from experience inside the systems we now advise: building standardized assessment infrastructure across 38 private schools in West Africa, designing special-education service frameworks across 33 schools in the UAE, and scaling a pan-African broadcast network from a single channel to eighty media markets. Wherever the engagement, the discipline is the same: listen to the local context first, build what the data actually calls for, and hold every deliverable to a standard that would survive an audit.
Seven disciplines, one engagement team
Every project is directed by KEEN Global’s Lead Consultant and carried out by a team of Senior Associates – the analysts, coaches, and project managers who build the frameworks below and stay on-site through execution.
Global Educational Initiatives
Program design and implementation for international schools and education networks operating across cultural, linguistic, and regulatory lines.
Charter School Program Development
Full-cycle design of charter school academic models: founding documents, curriculum frameworks, and authorization-ready program architecture.
Policy & Procedure Development
Governance-ready policy, procedure, and accreditation-compliance frameworks for academic and operational functions, not limited to education, built to align daily practice with institutional mission and hold up under state, authorizer, and accreditation review.
School Improvement Plan Audits
Structured review of existing improvement plans against state, authorizer, and accreditation standards, surfacing compliance gaps and the corrective roadmap to close them.
Professional Learning Community Development
Facilitation systems and shared structures that sustain data-informed, collaborative practice among teaching and leadership teams.
Leadership Coaching
One-on-one and cohort-based coaching for school leaders, executive directors, and rising administrators, drawn directly from K.M. Stokes’s own leadership training and coaching engagements with education and civic leaders across Ghana, the UAE, and the United States. Sessions build the reflective practice, crisis judgment, and instructional presence that credentialing programs alone rarely develop.
Multimedia & Broadcast Development
Vertical and linear content planning, brand marketing, and production supervision across television and digital platforms, drawn from two decades of broadcast network leadership.
Built across three continents
Directed by practitioners, not theorists
K.M. Stokes
K.M. Stokes founded KEEN Global in 2021 after two decades split between international education leadership and global media management. As a licensed school leader, she built that credibility from the inside: as the first African American Chief Academic Officer in Ghana’s private school sector, through special-education infrastructure work across the UAE’s SABIS/ADEC public-private partnership schools, and as the first African American Executive Director & General Manager of Dominion Television, a pan-African broadcast network she scaled from a single cable channel to eighty media markets.
She is also a network leader in charter school education in Washington, DC, and a 2026 Fellow with the Institute of Educational Leadership’s Educational Policy program, advocating for policy and research on culturally and linguistically responsive education for urban K-12 schools.
Every engagement is led by K.M. Stokes and a dedicated team of Senior Associates who execute each workstream and work closely with clients throughout delivery.
